Deputy Portfolio Manager

In support the Productivity Solutions Portfolio, work with broad direction from Director, Operations to manage multiple complex/independent/unrelated projects valued in $100M and grow towards $120M Revenue. Achieve attainment of annual portfolio budget goals for Revenue, Operations Income, and Operations Margin. Projects include commercial and U.S. government logistics and production support solutions professional services and minor construction.

Professionally manage through directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the business unit’s direction and strategic goals.

Coordinate with project/program managers, develop and track key performance indicators, analyze variances and develop recovery plans, RAIL tracking, and get well dates as required. To include Customer KPIs and KBR Courage to Care TRIR goal.

Required to act as subject matter expert, gather past performance information, prepare basis of estimate, and write portions of bids and proposals.

Implement actions to grow the portfolio business by 5% a year, manage business development pipeline with Senior PMs and BD Capture Managers.

Meet all contract requirements including Master Service Agreement metrics and deliverable.

Organize and lead One KBR Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Performance Reviews, and Voice of Customer discussions with our clients.

Coordinate and develop process improvement initiatives and portfolio projects.

Develop strong customer relationships with client

Support SCaaS and TAVA development to gain marketable Total Asset Visibility and Data Analytics capability.

Define addressable market with consultant support.

Apply best practices for operational excellence across all contract requirements and initiatives.

Must be willing to travel between 25-50% of the time.

Qualifications/Skills

Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.

Skills required for this job include an undergraduate degree with 15+ years of experience managing logistics operations of 50 or more employees.

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance within first year.

Must be able to brief and write clear, understandable, and concise communications.

U.S. Citizenship Status required due to client requirement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be familiar with Honeywell Processes, Policies, and Procedures.
