Necessary ingredients:

Husk, Garlic, Cumin, cold, coriander, Curry, enough salt to taste, not enough oil for frying.

Method of preparation:

First of all, soak the sparklers in water.  Peel and grate a squash and extract its juice.  Then put the dal in the grinder, add less water and grind it hard.  Then take out all purpose flour in a bowl and add sufficient amount of salt, cumin, chopped ginger, green chili, curry powder and cilantro in it.  Then put fire on the gas, put oil on the pan and heat it.  After heating, roll the dough by hand and put it in hot oil.  After frying the pakoras, take them out in a plate covered with tissue paper.  And the ginger phulkas are ready to be offered to the goddess.
